Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospital operations and achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze industry trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily hospital operations, including medical, administrative, and support services.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize performance.
- Ensure the facility is equipped with the necessary technology, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Develop policies and procedures to maintain patient safety, privacy, and care quality.
- Monitor and address quality metrics, including patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise hospital staff, including administrative and clinical teams.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment to support employee engagement and retention.
- Provide leadership development and training opportunities to enhance staff performance.
Responsibilities:
- 5 years working experience as an Administrator or similar role
