Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in dispensing medications and ensuring accurate dosage and prescriptions.
- Manage stock-taking, inventory control, and procurement of drugs and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide accurate drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain pharmacy records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team while being capable of making independent decisions when required.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a current license to practice.
- Must have up-to-date knowledge of drugs, drug dosage, and regimen.
- Must be knowledgeable about stock taking and inventory management.
- Should have experience in the purchase of drugs and consumables.
- Must have good communication skills and be a good team member.
- Can handle team independently and make the appropriate decisions with little assistance
