Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise staff across multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee budgets, revenue management, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Monitor and maintain property standards, including cleanliness and maintenance.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the property and attract new clients.
- Use data and feedback to improve services and optimize operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- HND in a related field
- Candidate should preferably reside on the mainland, specifically in Ikorodu or its surrounding areas.
