Our client, a newly established Event Center, Bar, and Hotel located in Ibeju Lekki, is seeking a highly capable Hospitality Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Event Center, Bar, and Hotel operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate staff across departments (event planning, food and beverage, housekeeping, etc.).
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the venue and increase bookings.
- Proven experience in hospitality or event management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory, and operational procedures.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
