Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Bring in clients and market the property
- Planning and organizing accommodation, catering, and other hotel services
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the needs and expectations of guests are met
- Managing budgets and financial plans, as well as controlling expenditure
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting emergencies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel or restaurant to potential customers
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as an hospitality manager or a similar ole
- BSc Degree in a relevant course of study
