This role involves managing reservations, escorting guests to their tables, coordinating with the service staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining or event space.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and accommodate walk-ins effectively.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about menu offerings or venue details.
- Handle any special requests or complaints professionally and courteously.
- Monitor the dining area to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for reservation management (if applicable).
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
