Hosting Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:

Platform Setup & Management:

• Design, set up, and configure the hosting service platform, including servers, domains, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and reliable to meet customer demands.
• Manage server performance, uptime, and resource allocation.

Technical Operations:

• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the hosting service, including server maintenance, backups, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting, domains, and email services.
• Implement monitoring tools to track platform performance and proactively address potential issues.

Customer Support:

• Develop and manage customer support processes to assist clients with hosting-related inquiries and issues.
• Train and lead a support team to provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with the product team to develop new hosting features and services, such as shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registration.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

Business Operations:

• Manage billing, subscriptions, and payment processing for hosting services.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on platform performance and revenue.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure the hosting platform complies with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Implement robust security measures to protect customer data and prevent cyber threats.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Degree in a related field
