Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- CPA or relevant financial certification is an added advantage.
