Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
- Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Manage reservations and room availability
- Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
- Monitor and review guest feedback
- Resolve customer complaints
- Train and coach front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- The applicant should have a minimum of a B.Sc. from any of the Nigerian-recognized universities, and any related professional course will be an added advantage.
- The applicantĀ must have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a 4-star hotel environment.
- Must have a very good knowledge of hotel reservation software like Opera PMS and BioDus.
- Must be smart, Confident and good-looking
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance.
