Job Summary
As the Front Office Supervisor at Grandswiss Hotel, Agulu, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest services. You will supervise and support a team of receptionists, manage guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency
- Oversee check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction
- Ensure the front office area is organized, welcoming, and runs efficiently at all times
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and cancellations
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to meet guest needs
- Monitor the front desk team’s performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Maintain accurate guest billing and payment processes
- Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy, guest feedback, and revenue
- Assist in managing front office budgets and ensuring cost control
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or front office role within a hotel
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Location: Agulu, Anambra
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
