We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to lead our luxury hotel team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in hotel management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Analyze financial reports and make informed decisions to improve hotel performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience with hotel management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
