Hotel Manager

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team at The Nordic Abuja, a brand-new upscale 90-room boutique hotel set to soft open in January 2025! As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, report directly to the General Manager (GM), and ensure we establish our position as the city’s premier hotel.

Position: Hotel Manager

Reports to: General Manager (GM)

Department: Executive Office

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations and ensure seamless functionality 24/7.
• Collaborate with department heads to enforce clear SOPs.
• Foster superior guest services and address any escalated issues.
• Coordinate with Human Resources for employee training and development.
• Manage financial performance and participate in monthly performance meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of general management experience in a high-level operations role.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Property Management Systems and accounting software.

Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $3,000 - $4,000 USD/month.
• Additional benefits include accommodation, meals, laundry, medical cover, annual leave, and more.
