Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hotel partners to collect and verify property information, including rates, room availability, and amenities.
- Guide hotel partners through the onboarding process, including system setup, profile creation, and account activation.
- Ensure the accuracy of hotel profiles, including photos, descriptions, pricing models, and policies.
- Provide training and support to hotel partners on how to use the booking platform's interface.
- Troubleshoot any onboarding issues or technical difficulties hotels may experience.
- Maintain strong communication with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition for hotels joining the platform.
- Monitor and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and the overall partner experience.
- Collect feedback from hotel partners timely during the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement in platform functionality or the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process and progress for each hotel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) or online booking platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and project management software e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets.
