Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hotel partners to collect and verify property information, including rates, room availability, and amenities.
  • Guide hotel partners through the onboarding process, including system setup, profile creation, and account activation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of hotel profiles, including photos, descriptions, pricing models, and policies.
  • Provide training and support to hotel partners on how to use the booking platform's interface.
  • Troubleshoot any onboarding issues or technical difficulties hotels may experience.
  • Maintain strong communication with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition for hotels joining the platform.
  • Monitor and improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and the overall partner experience.
  • Collect feedback from hotel partners timely during the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement in platform functionality or the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process and progress for each hotel.



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) or online booking platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and project management software e.g. Microsoft Excel,  Microsoft Word, Google Sheets.
