Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, bookings, and payments
  • Coordinate with other departments for guest requests.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring confidentiality where necessary.
  • Handle clerical duties including proofreading documents and correspondence.
  • Engage in general office management tasks as needed, including ordering supplies.


Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks including data entry and calendar management.
  • Computer literacy with experience in Google Suite application
  • Ability to multitask
