Job Title: Residential House Manager

Location: Abuja


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out with efficiency, care, and respect for family values. Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate daily schedules, household maintenance, and family events to ensure smooth operations.

• Delegate tasks to staff as necessary and provide clear, constructive guidance.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the residence.

• Oversee household budgets, expenses, and inventory management.

• Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers, negotiating as needed.

• Ensure the safety and privacy of family members and property.

• Uphold and reinforce family values in all household matters, fostering a respectful and positive environment.
