Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the guesthouse, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas, are cleaned and organized daily.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries as needed.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure their needs are met during their stay.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Must reside full-time in the guesthouse (accommodation will be provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.
- Trustworthiness and discretion, especially in handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Physical stamina to handle manual cleaning and organizational tasks.
