Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor with at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction in all guest rooms and public areas.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning techniques and efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and ensure timely reordering.
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and create work schedules to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns regarding room cleanliness or housekeeping services.
- Conduct performance evaluations of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or damages found during inspections to the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all areas of the hotel.
- Assist in planning and executing deep-cleaning tasks or special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Housekeeping
- Certification in housekeeping or hotel management is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software and inventory systems.
