Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Including client appointments, internal & external meetings and deadlines.
- Take minutes at meetings, distribute correspondence – memos, emails, presentations, reports etc; timely and accurately.
- Record Keeping of employee data, inventory, income, expenses and other administrative documents.
- Organization and maintenance of the office filing system.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances, foster a positive workplace culture, and resolve conflicts. Leave and benefits management.
- Track KPI’s and conduct appraisals.
- Identify training needs, organize development programs, and track employee progress.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, meetings etc.
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR or Admin
- Proven experience as an HR or Admin is highly appreciated
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study.
