Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent HR & Admin Officer to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our human resources and administrative functions and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, updating employee information, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and organize training and development programs for employees and also maintain training records
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting and removing job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Oversee general office administration and supplies management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software HRIS), database management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience of not less than 3 years in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Vast knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
