Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin professional at Astrum Energy Group in Ikeja. The role will involve managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
