Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documents.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
