Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, select, and retain quality candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure the company's offerings are competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintaining up-to-date documentation and records for HR audits.
  • Coordinate and support the performance management process to promote productivity and alignment with company objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a mid-level HR position within a medium to large-sized organization.
