Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Hr Executive/Hr Officer handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR activities to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to improve workplace morale.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Address performance issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and process HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Update and communicate changes in policies and procedures to staff.
  • Employee benefits and compensation:
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Support compensation analysis and salary reviews.




Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years & above of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
