Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
- Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote organizational culture.
- Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
