Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Foster employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive productivity.
  • Design and execute training & development programs for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Experience with HR software and performance management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
