Position Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. This role requires working with outsourcing partners to ensure entry-level employees meet company standards while directly managing the recruitment and management of managerial-level employees. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing a productive and cohesive work environment for Rayonnance Energy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and utilize job portals to meet company hiring needs.
- Create and post job descriptions, perform initial screening, arrange interviews, prepare offers, and organize onboarding.
2. Compensation Management
- Develop competitive salary structures in line with Nigerian legal standards.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
3. Compliance and Legal Management
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Address labor disputes and monitor legal updates affecting HR operations.
4. Employee Training and Development
- Design and implement training programs, including orientation and on-the-job training.
- Identify and coordinate with training providers for specialized company-wide training.
5. Performance Management
- Develop and execute performance management plans, including regular assessments and feedback sessions.
6. Workforce Planning
- Develop staffing plans to meet the company's current and future needs.
7. Employee Relations
- Manage employee complaints, resolve conflicts, maintain company culture, and facilitate open communication.
8. Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze data on employee turnover, performance, recruitment efficiency, and other HR metrics.
9. Others: Complete other tasks assigned by the Administration Director.

Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with prior experience collaborating with outsourcing agencies.
- Certified HR professional with over 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Nigerian labor laws and social security policies.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and management abilities.
- Language: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
