  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Organising staff training sessions and activities
  • Training and developing staff and making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  • Assist in performance management processes.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must be literate, articulate, mature, diligent, and effective.
  • Role requires considerable multitasking and strong communication and management skills.
