Job Summary

The RiverBank School is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of qualified personnel.
  • Facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper orientation, documentation, and integration into the school environment.
  • Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
  • Coordinating staff training and development programs to enhance skills, compliance, and career growth.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and school policies.
  • Addressing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assisting in performance management processes and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
