Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of qualified personnel.
- Facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper orientation, documentation, and integration into the school environment.
- Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
- Coordinating staff training and development programs to enhance skills, compliance, and career growth.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and school policies.
- Addressing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assisting in performance management processes and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
