We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support across various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and compliance training. Identify training needs and develop training programs to address those needs.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including reporting and record-keeping requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and disseminate HR-related communications, including company policies, benefits information, and training programs. Ensure effective communication with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Other Duties: Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Director.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
