Job Summary

As a Human Resources and Admin Officer, you are to maintain personnel records, update databases, create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, gather payroll data, publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports. You will also develop training materials and respond to employee inquiries about benefits. The HR/Admin Officer will play a crucial role in managing and supporting HR and administrative functions with a strong emphasis on HR outsourcing services. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of HR processes and outsourcing models.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

HR Outsourcing Management:

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with HR outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement outsourcing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
  • Monitor the performance of outsourcing partners and conduct regular assessments to ensure service quality and adherence to contractual obligations.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and networking activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities, such as training sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
  • Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs and assist in designing and delivering training programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on HR outsourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and outsourcing models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
