Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and facility maintenance to ensure seamless business operation
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security, and compliance standards.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and corporate engagements.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and payroll information accurately
  • Prepare and present reports on HR and administrative performance to senior management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent to support business growth.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to track and improve employee productivity


Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year experience
  • BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
