Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and facility maintenance to ensure seamless business operation
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, security, and compliance standards.
- Organize company events, meetings, and corporate engagements.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and payroll information accurately
- Prepare and present reports on HR and administrative performance to senior management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent to support business growth.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.
- Design and implement performance management systems to track and improve employee productivity
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year experience
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
