Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring HR policy compliance, regulatory compliance
- Monitoring legal and regulatory changes
- Conducting internal audits
- Providing legal guidance to the organization.
- Be involved in contract review, drafting and negotiating agreements
- Handling legal disputes and litigation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
- 5 years post-call to Bar experience
- Experience in Human Resource Management
- Experience in compliance management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Law degree or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HRM/legal and compliance are a plus
