Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.
- Coordinate performance review processes and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and time sheets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Experience with HR management systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Be resident close to Victoria Island
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (On-site)
Remuneration: NGN 180,000
