Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle HMO and pension administration for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions.
- Prepare HR-related reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role.
- Completed NYSC service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in payroll processing, HMO, and pension administration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be computer-literate and smart with attention to detail.
