Responsibilities:
StrategicHRPartnership:
- Collaborate with leadership and business unit heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide HR guidance and solutions that address key business challenges and improve performance.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and skill gap analysis.
- Ensure the organization remains competitive by spearheading reskilling and upskilling programs.
Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs that support employee growth and capability development.
- Implement talent management strategies to build leadership pipelines and ensure business continuity.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring goal alignment and continuous feedback.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee productivity and performance.
- Facilitate
leadership coaching to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Advocate for employee well-being and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Strengthen company culture by driving initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- Design and implement policies that promote inclusivity, ethics, and organizational values.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
Business Unit Support:
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies with operational needs.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations across units.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices.
Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Manage HR projects that drive organizational transformation.
- Lead change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Implement strategies that build a high-performance and adaptable workforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Proven track record in workforce planning, leadership coaching, and HR transformation.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, organizational development, and HR best practices.
- Experience working across diverse business units, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
