The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions within the automobile firm, ensuring that the company’s workforce is productive, engaged, and aligned with the firm's objectives. The HR Manager will focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training and development.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent in the automobile industry.
- Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and collaborate with hiring managers to conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions
within the firm.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and mediate disputes to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to understand employee satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee
concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure employees receive timely feedback and recognition.
- Work closely with department heads to identify areas for employee development and potential talent gaps.
- Support managers in setting performance goals, reviewing
progress, and addressing underperformance.
Training and Development:
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs tailored to employees' development needs.
- Promote leadership development initiatives and career advancement opportunities.
- Ensure that training programs align with the strategic
goals of the automobile firm and industry standards.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific HR policies.
- Draft, update, and communicate company policies and procedures to all employees.
- Ensure the firm is up-to-date on changing laws related
to employment practices and regulations, particularly within the
manufacturing or automotive sectors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation structures and oversee payroll administration.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure the firm
remains competitive in the labor market.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development:
- Support senior management in workforce planning, restructuring, and optimizing human capital.
- Align HR strategies with the firm's strategic goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze organizational performance
metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Health, Safety, and Well-being:
- Work with safety officers to ensure the health and safety of all employees in the workplace, particularly in manufacturing areas.
- Promote employee wellness programs to maintain overall
physical and mental well-being.
Labor Relations (if applicable):
- Manage and resolve union-related issues, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
- Act as a liaison between management and unions,
negotiating contracts when necessary.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for senior leadership regarding HR metrics (turnover rates, recruitment data, employee satisfaction).
- Use HR data analytics to drive decision-making and
improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with HR software, performance management systems, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
