The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a compensation and benefits plan.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the betting or gaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
