Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain talent.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances effectively.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, including managing staff benefits.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor workplace safety and employee well-being initiatives.
- Provide strategic input to management on organizational development and HR best practices.
- Handle additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an HR manager
- 3 years of working experience as an HR manager is required
- BSc. in a relevant course of study
