Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviews,
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing grievances, concerns, and workplace conflicts
- Organize employee engagement programs such as recognition awards, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for employees.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development guidance to employees.
- Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions with employees to discuss career growth and Compensation & Benefits Management
- Oversee salary structures and compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and bonuses.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with government regulations and tax laws
- Ensure the organization’s HR policies comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and workplace safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration Industrial relations or any related field
- Additional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRS, SPHR are as plus
- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisor position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate with executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills to handle workplace disputes professionally.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to use data-driven insights for HR decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Adaptability and innovation in implementing new HR trends and handling organizational changes.
