Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead hiring processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, feedback systems, and career development plans. Implement training & development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits (healthcare, retirement, etc.). Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Update HR manuals and maintain legal compliance (EEO, OSHA, FMLA, etc.).
- HR Strategy & Culture: Align HR practices with business goals. Foster company culture, diversity, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certification a plus).
- Experience: 7 years post-NYSC and 5 years experience in HR role, with leadership experience.
