Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Set up a comprehensive HR department, including hiring, onboarding, and staff training processes.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure staff accountability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Manage recruitment processes, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture improvement.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR activities.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and career development.
- Monitor and manage HR-related budgets and resources efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years experience in policy formulation and performance Management
- Must be vast in administration
- Must be able to set up a professional HR department inclusive of hiring and onboarding of new staffs where none exist.
