Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement programs to promote a healthy and productive work culture.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Lead the design and implementation of employee development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG or wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an added advantage.
