Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the lounge attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local labor laws and align with company values.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee engagement and productivity.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support in performance management.
  • Organize team-building activities and events to promote a cohesive team spirit.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Human Resource role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
