Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and recommend development plans.
• Provide support in payroll management and employee benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within the automobile car tracking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, Nigerian labor laws, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 - 150,000 Monthly
