- Compensation & Benefits: Payroll Support, Benefits Administration,Salary Reviews & Adjustments
- Performance Management: Conducting Appraisals, Setting Goals, Monitoring Performance
- HR Administration: Maintaining Employee Records, HR Policies and Procedures,Exit Interviews
- Compliance and Legal Affairs: Regulatory Compliance, Handling Disciplinary Issues.
