Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems, conduct reviews, and support managers in performance-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, address payroll inquiries, and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Work with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee productivity and contribute to business success.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities within HR operations and develop strategies to improve overall company performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align HR practices with the company’s brand strategy.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment processes, and employee management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and the ability to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Must possess a recognized HR certification (e.g., CIPM, AHIR, etc.).
