Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Human Resource Senior who will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires a combination of Human resource planning, leadership skills, and administrative acumen to ensure compliance with regulations and effective management of the office and other administrative processes.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resource Planning:
  • Manage the staffing process and filing, including recruiting and onboarding of new staffs;
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs;
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations and labour laws;
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory;
  • Update company employee policies and procedures; and
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Administrative Management:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee administrative policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and schedules;
  • Oversee facilities management and vendor relationships;
  • Team Leadership:
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution;
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities; and
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support.




Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar role
