Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Human Resource Senior who will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires a combination of Human resource planning, leadership skills, and administrative acumen to ensure compliance with regulations and effective management of the office and other administrative processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Human Resource Planning:
- Manage the staffing process and filing, including recruiting and onboarding of new staffs;
- Develop training materials and performance management programs;
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations and labour laws;
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory;
- Update company employee policies and procedures; and
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Administrative Management:
- Develop, implement, and oversee administrative policies and procedures;
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and schedules;
- Oversee facilities management and vendor relationships;
- Team Leadership:
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution;
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities; and
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
