Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates; manage employee onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
- Training & Development: Organize and coordinate employee training sessions and career development initiatives.
