Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.  
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team. 
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities, recognition programs, and regular check-ins.  
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Identify training needs and organize role-specific and personal development programs. 
  • Maintain an employee knowledge base for easy access to SOPs, processes, and resources. 
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide timely feedback to employees. 
  • Implement reward and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 
  • Regularly review and update employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures. 
  • Manage employee benefits, including HMO, annual leave, discounts on DEW services, spa sessions, and bonuses. 
  • Communicate benefits effectively to the team.  
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including facility management and supplies.  
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.  
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of team events, such as quarterly bonding activities and end-of-year celebrations.  
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment, and other needs.  
  • Maintain accurate records of HR and administrative activities.  
  • Prepare reports for senior management monthly and as required.  


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience 
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
