Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing HR team. You will be seconded to manage SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) and assist with various HR functions. This is a junior-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing HR operations for various SMEs within our client portfolio.
- Assist clients in the recruitment process by conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.
- Ensure that employee records for client companies are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and policies.
- Address employee inquiries, resolve basic employee relations issues, and escalate more complex issues to senior HR consultants.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring client organizations are compliant with labor laws and best practices.
- Track and manage employee leave requests and attendance records for clients.
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and employee development initiatives across client organizations.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and employee development programs for client organizations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly HR reports, performance dashboards, and other HR related documentation for clients.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including HR documentation, data entry, and HR system updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in an HR-related role (experience in recruitment, employee relations, or administrative HR tasks is a plus).
- A minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- While certification is not compulsory, any HR-related certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in HR and employee management.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude.
